Ceremonial Cacao
Cacao is a sacred plant medicine and tool, that we can use to bring balance, harmony, good health, abundance, focus, love, positive energy and opening the heart space. It’s a great way to tune into yourself with routine and rituals, do inner work, create positive structure and allow your senses to awaken to the magic within the spirit of Cacao.
This ancient tradition has been used by our ancestors of the Mayans and Mesoamericans for thousands of centuries, known to be the “food of the gods” for the extremely valuable nourishing properties cacao has and the spirit within cacao is listening to what our bodies and soul need. The true knowledge behind “cacao or chocolate” has been lost and is now in big farming and companies that process the cacao and it effects the essence, energy, and purity of the benefits. It has been brought to our human evolution to heal the hearts of humanity, to re-awakening to the pureness of life through nature and how much it provides for us. To connect deeper to the heart and emotions. Cacao has amazing health benefits physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Packed full of antioxidants, magnesium, iron and zinc to name a few. It also helps relax the body, boost neurotransmitters in the brain, creates better blood circulation reducing cardiovascular disease, diabetes, heart problems and allowing more oxygen to the brain can help reduce stress on the body. It also helps with providing more focus and energy, the bliss molecule, dopamine and serotonin to awaken and even to more profound experiences are possible when you make time to slow down and connect.
I love using cacao with sound, yoga, meditation, working, pre-workout and just to be in nature. We incorporate the elements and directions during our session as we drink the medicinal chocolate tea and if you add the Sound Healing you allow yourself to go on an inner journey to connect to yourself deeper and the cacao, as the soothing vibrations and tones relax and bring harmony into the body. Healing at a cellular level, working on all the organs and stress related areas where the sound vibrates and breaks up the dence energy and balances disharmony within the body. Sound activates the spirit within the cacao to awaken within.
I would love to guide you on your journey with Cacao on how to connect deeper to the spirit, find good quality fair trade cacao and how to use it on a daily or weekly basis for personal health and the health of the loved ones around us.
